Default UDF for Herschel-Bulkley model

Can anyone please provide me an UDF for Herschel-Bulkley model of viscosity. I use ANSYS FLUENT 15.0.

It sounds like people have used this model of viscosity since at least 2001 in Fluent and it should be relatively straightfoward to code the UDF. Have a read of Anthony's post and read "Example 1 - Temperature-dependent Viscosity Property" in the UDF manual.
