I am getting negative volume cells when I an trying to create dynamic mesh for six DOF problem, any help

Negative volumes are generated with the dynamic mesh when the moving walls move too far in one step. Either reduce the time step (or increase the number of mesh updates per step) or modify your dynamic mesh settings. Alternatively, a coarser mesh should remove this issue but may affect your accuracy.
