Is there a relation between version of fluent and visual basic in compiling?

Is there any interface between version of fluent and visual basic in compiling ?
I mean; is it necessary for fluent version 14 (for example) to be compiled with visual basic express 2012 ?... Or for fluent 13 to be compiled with visual 2008 ?... etc, |
