UDF for energy source which includes a text file

I am trying to create a UDF for an energy source around an airfoil, whose position will change according to time. To do that I created a text file with all the coordinates needed (approximately 1000 points). How can I hook both files to FLUENT simultaneously or is it only necessary to hook the source code?
