Hi, guys!

I need to use the normal vector of multiphase interface in udf, which equals to the gradient of the volume fraction.

I tried both C_VOF_G and C_VOF_RG variables and found they had the same direction.

White arrows in the following picture represents the direction of normal vector (both C_VOF_G and C_VOF_RG ).

According to the Young vof model used in fluent, the direction of the center cell should be [2,1], but it turns out to be [1,1] in the result.

Could anyone give me some suggestions ?

Thanks
