hello,
i m working on flow past a rotationally oscillating cylinder. and i m using udf and dynamic mesh for it. so when i m using udf file and running the calculation. it is constantly giving me reverse flow at the outlet. and the solution doesnt converge. pls help me experts. plsss. i extended the outlet far from the cylinder. used 2nd order upwind momentum equation. |

Which boundary condition did you use. My guess is you have used Pressure outlet BC (given your problem is at low RE, if its a compressible flow problem, then its a different game altogether). Try using outflow instead.
