how to understand UDF in ansys fluent?

I'm new to ansys fluent udf. I know c programming. I read the ansys fluent manual, but I cannot able to understand the codings. how to understand?, other than ansys fluent udf manual any resource/material to understand the codind?

If you understand c coding, and you read the Fluent manual, you should be able to understand the UDF code. (The manual is sometimes not complete though...)
To give you more advice on what to do, I would need to know what it is that you don't understand. Can you give an example? |

I'm trying to understand how to model the condensation. I have tried the contant saturation temperature,polynomial,piecewise linear and piecewise polynomial. But I don't know how to use the udf for give saturation temperature.
