Default proper macro for axis symmetric problem

ayousefi is on a distinguished road
my test case is a rotating cylindrical cavity and I want to apply a sudden accelerating rotation to it and solving the flow field in axis symmetric swirl mode. which DEFINE macro is appropriate for my test case.
