Hi guys,

I'm trying to simulate downwards drop of an object at unit acceleration from air into the water. The tricky part is that the acceleration remains the same 1m/s2 even after interacting with the interface. I have no problems hooking the UDF to fluent.(DEFINE_CG_MOTION and DEFINE_SDOFPROPERTIES). However when i tried to preview mesh motion it doesn't move. Is there something wrong with my udf or is that something i have overlooked? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Chek

Hello,
did you activate also dynamic mesh?
Is your moving part falling or is it also not moving as well?
