Hello, Please help me to add a source term for a UDS on a virtual surface in the domain.
I use a simple 2D axisymmetrical geometry for my simulation, which has a inlet and outlet. Then I use the command "/surface/line-surface" to add a virtual surface in the domain. I want to add a source term to the user-defined-scalar equation along this line. How to find the cells at which the line is located, so that the source can be added to these cells? Please help. Thank you. |

Hi
Source term refers to the volume and applied on the cell centroid. Source can not be on line or surface. This could be flux only. Line can be traced by its ID and flux can be imposed through flux condition. Best wishes Mvee |
