compile udf file at fluent

i'm am working on fluent 14 at windows 8 64 bit
when i am trying to complie udf file at fluent it is write me the folwing message: The UDF library you are trying to load (libudf) is not compiled for 2d on the curent platform (win64). The system cannot find the file specified. c:\users\hilla\documents echnion eza\ניוסיונות udf\1.2.13\libudf\win64\2d\libudf.dl |

The problem is with your compiler, solve it first.
