Hi everyone,
I'm encountering some issues with a transient simulation of the filling of a tray. Specifically, I'm not seeing the expected flow movement, and the water volume fraction is not as anticipated. Additionally, there's backflow occurring at the outlet, and it's not converging. My current setup includes one velocity inlet and one pressure outlet. The tray starts empty. I'm eager to understand what might be causing these problems. I'm unsure if the issues are related to the mesh, boundary conditions, or time step size. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I've attached my simulation for reference in the following link. https://drive.google.com/file/d/18Y9...ew?usp=sharing Thank you in advance for your help! Clau |
