how to evaluate cell distance in order to find the courant number, is the characteristic length obtained during mesh quality check similar to the cell distance or different, if so, explain how to evaluate cell distance in order to have the correct time step size?

u can see the overall volume using custom field functions and take the cube root of it to get the del x. like (vol)^1/3.
