Hey,
I want to use a Water-Air Phasesystem with PBM DQMOM. At the Multiphase Model PBM tab I define: min Length = 0.001 max Length = 0.01 reference Length = 0.0063 When I Load PDF or Moment File i get: QP0 QP1 QP2 Length (m) 8.54e-03 6.58e-03 5.07e-03 Volume Fraction 9.34e-02 3.34e-01 7.2e-02 DQMOM-m4 (m) 7.97e-04 2.20-03 3.65e-04 from moment-inversion. In the next step I define inlet BC: Air1: Vof = 0.0934, m4 = 0.000797 Air2: Vof = 0.334, m4 = 0.0022 Air3: Vof = 0.072, m4 = 0.000365 I want to calculate Sauter-Diameter in every timestep. When i use these BC all of the 3 phases start at 0.001m sauter diameter. Especially in region of the inlet face sauter diameter of alle phases are 0.001 at the whole simulation time. I expected values ~ Lengthfrom QP0-QP3 Does anybody have experiience with using DQMOM? Thanks! |
