Dear All,
I am a beginner in Ansys-Fluent. I would like to ask your help since I can not proceed further. I am trying to simulate the reacting flow and the reactions in a photocatalytic reactor with immobilized catalyst layer. I have defined the catalyst as a solid (within the Materials Section) and I have thought to define the catalyst layer as one of the walls (since the catalyst layer is deposited at one of the walls of the reactor) (1) Is it a feasible option to define the catalyst layer as wall? (2) Should I define the catalyst layer as a fluid (instead of solid) and also as secondary phase (within the Eulerian Phases)? Thank you very much in advance your responses! Have a nice day!
