Unexpected Error in Ansys Fleunt

I am working on Ansys fluent and steady state thermal simultaneously. I have given setup in both fluent and steady state thermal. Both the setups are then given to system coupling and performed the iterations. After that fluent is not able to generate results. An error is popping up saying specified file not found for which further clarification is not given about the missing file.
