Hi,all
In the introduction to Brownian Force, the last sentence 'Brownian force is intended only for laminar simulations'. I have two questions: 1/ Why only for laminar flow, is that mean in laminar flow, Brownian forces are of an order of magnitude to other forces, and thus have an effect on the motion of the particle. 2/ Is the laminar flow referred to here macroscopic(Continuous phase) or microscopic(The flow field near the particle). Have someone to help me answer, thank you for your time! |
