adib_mohammad is on a distinguished road
I have created a 3d model based on flow focusing device (in micro scale), which consists of 3 inlets (one middle inlet = dispersed phase & two lateral inlets - continuous phase ). I am using laminar VOF model, and inlets with uniform velocity profiles.
The simulation is supposed to generate droplets of dispersed phase carried by continuous phase to the outlet. HOWEVER, the dispersed phase sticks to the wall and crawls toward the outlet.

THESE two images shows the geometry and volume fraction of the dispersed phase.
