particle sampling at outlet

i am running simulation of hydrocyclone. i open files for sampling at two outlets. during opening files i click on 'append file' option. but it is showing error unable to append files. 2nd time, i click again the start button including 'append file' option on. then error show and the files contains the header of various parameters which i need. but the files are not updating any parameters. can any one help me to solve this problem.

Click on Start and then run the simulation. Once the simulation is completed, then click on Stop. Now, you will see data written into the file.
