Hi everyone,
I am trying to solve a very simple steady state problem using VOF Model Fluent. In this problem, there is a water droplet kept in the air. As shown in the mesh picture, the air is surrounding the circular shape is shown for the droplet. I am using a pressure inlet boundary condition at the left and right boundary of the rectangular domain and pressure outlet boundary condition at the top and bottom boundary of the rectangular domain. For this problem I am getting the correct result for transient VOF solution, but when I am running it for the steady state the droplet getting disappear after some iteration. The same grid has solved for no-slip wall boundary condition at the rectangular domain, for steady state case, after some iterations the whole droplet is getting dispersed throughout the air and giving me a very high value of pressure in the flow domain. please help. Thanks in advanced |
