I am currently doing a transient numerical investigation on a hot multiphase jet impingement on a cold flat plate. It's a 2D axisymmetric case. During my simulation using Eulerian Dispersed Phase I am always finding a divergence error in pressure and granular temperature.
I have used the same geometry and meshing for simulating a single phase jet under same conditions, my solution was converged. What could be some possible steps to avoid the error? |

hi,
these may be a possible solution 1. Check your mesh for negative volume. you may be betting somewhere unphysical pressure. also, check your quality of the mesh 2. Check the force model and boundary condition 3. Check time step |
