Dear Fellows
I am trying to simulate a casting process using VOF model (air and slurry only). Slurry (viscosity = 500 Pa.s) is assumed as a single phase (No liquid-solid). Can anyone please tell me where i can get the material to perform this simulation? Initially i used water instead of slurry. Casting pot (assume it a glass) filled successfully with water, when i changed the water with slurry, simulation diverges after few seconds. So i am confused that it is working well with water but when i use slurry it diverges. I guess, it is happening due to high viscosity but i do not know if to take any other measures in the highly dense fluid cfd. |

you can directly put your material under set up without any UDF function. also, check your mesh
