Dear Fellows

I am trying to simulate a casting process using VOF model (air and slurry only). Slurry (viscosity = 500 Pa.s) is assumed as a single phase (No liquid-solid).

Can anyone please tell me where i can get the material to perform this simulation?

Initially i used water instead of slurry. Casting pot (assume it a glass) filled successfully with water, when i changed the water with slurry, simulation diverges after few seconds. So i am confused that it is working well with water but when i use slurry it diverges. I guess, it is happening due to high viscosity but i do not know if to take any other measures in the highly dense fluid cfd.

you can directly put your material under set up without any UDF function. also, check your mesh
