Dear all,

For my M.Sc. Thesis, I want to simulate free surface vortex in a submerged horizontal water intake of a pond. I am using VOF modeling in Fluent. I have following issues.

1. How to separate water and air regions?

2. When I run the calculation most of the calculation steps it says about "reversed flow at outlet" what is this?
3. Any tutorial relevant to this?
4. I used Multi-phase VOF, Standard K-e, Standards Wall Fn model. Is it a correct approach?

Please help me to make this. Thanks a lot.
