Hello everyone,
I am working on a 2D problem of jet impingement cooling. machining. In this problem, water jet is applying on the hot rectangular surface through a nozzle. The temperature of the hot surface is 700 Kelvin. I am using the mixture option in the multiphase model. But when I increase the inlet jet velocity more than 0.5 m/s then divergence occurs in momentum. I have reduced the URF values. But the problem persists. I have tried mesh repair and improvement commands but the problem persists. I have also tried it with K-omega model but the problem continues to exist. I have tried with all triangles and multizone quad-tri mesh with body sizing. Inflation was also done. Last edited by adnanshahariar; April 5, 2018 at 21:01. Reason: There are some errors |
