Priyank Mehta is on a distinguished road
Hello Good morning

I want to simulate The following reaction
4Al(s) + 3O2 (g) -> Al2O3(s)

1. Is this type of reaction possible in fluent?
2. Can I make mixture of solid and fluid?
3. If possible then which model I should use (I don't want to use discrete phase model as I dont want to inject my fuel because I want homogeneous mixture of micro aluminum and air)?

I will write my own UDF for reaction rate and source term but I am confused that how can I mixed this two species.

I really need your comments..
Thank you so much in advance
