Default Heat transfer in a thermosiphon

Modelling phase change and basic heat transfer in a vertical thermosiphon. Have divided the the geometry walls into evaporator section condenser section and adiabatic section. Set the case up using VOF model, ev-condensation model and used a UDF, but didnt get bubble formation or condensation on the walls.
Need help trying to figure out the mistake in the simulation setup.
Any help would be appreciated.
