Hi,

I am trying to model an emptying process from a pipe containing air pocket (Please see fig1 and fig2).

The best result of my simulation for pressure inside the air pocket is like fig3. I use VOF model and k-e realizable with enhanced wall treatment. The outlet is pressure-outlet and the coupling method is PISO with compressive method for volume fraction. Can anyone help me to find how can I improve my simulation result? I appreciate your help.
