Hello Everybody,

I am new here. So apologies if i provide less information.

I am doing flow analysis of Electrostatic Precipitator ( air filter device mostly used in cement industry) along with DPM. For the same stoke number is required to analyse the dust particle behaviour. Stoke number is defined as ratio of particle relaxation time to the characteristics time scale of flow.

Can anyone plz tell me how to calculate particle relaxation time and characteristics time scale of flow.

Thanks in advance 😊
