HEY ALL FLUENT GENIUS'S....
I have a small question... I am simulating the flow around ship-hull and want to see the effect of high-speed wind on the drag of the hull and on the wave elevation. I have done a primary simulation, giving pressure inlet boundary condition and defining the free surface. Is it possible to give separate velocity value for both faces let's say "x " for water and "y" for air???? Please help me in this ..... |

a bit late, but in VOF there is only one momentum equation for all phases
in fact, technically there aren't two phases, it's one phase with local variations of properties what you want to do is not possible within the framework of VOF |
