insufficient Memory

Hi All dear

I have a pc with cpu (8 core ) and 8Gb of Memory
when I want to create meshing with ansys meshing or I want to run with fluent the memory will full and automatically the Ansys will shutdown even windows confuse and it is restarting

how can I solve this problem?
is there any way to determine the amount of the memory that ansys use only up to that
I think maby this way can restric to use of memory and prevent to restart my pc due to full of memory .
