Default how to initialize solution

friends ...
my problem is described as follows

1. rectangular channel, hole at the bottom surface.
2.[ inlet face, hole] both are VELOCITY INLETS.
3. AIR through face inlet, WATER through hole
4 how do i specify volume fraction for both inlets while INITIALIZING

Have you tried initializing from one inlet, then patching the other?

In case that doesn't work, I just watched a tutorial on DEFINE_INIT in the fluent customer portal that sounds like what you need. it was in the full training course videos.
