luccy is on a distinguished road
hi everybody
i have a question about cavitation index.
in cavitation index formula , fluid pressure is absolute pressure or static pressure?
in fluent refrence pressure is 101325 pa, and i have negative pressure in my simulation, but i dont know which pressure set in formula?
for example:
static pressure:-4051 (pa)
refrence pressure:101325 (pa)
Absolute pressure: static p+atm=97274 (pa)
cavitation index=( fluid pressure- vapor pressure)/0.5 ro.v^2

and another question:
fluent display dynamic pressure for solid boundry that i dont have fluid and v=0 ???
please help me
tanx
