Hello
i want to simulate the phase change of freon using ANSYS FLUENT through straight capillary tube the Dimensions of capillary tube : inner diameter = 1.5 mm length = 1500 mm the objective of this simulation is to plot pressure, velocity and quality distribution along capillary tube thanks |

hi i want to simulate the phase change of freon through capillary tube
1-i wish to use gerber cavitation model in ansys fluent to study phase change 2- how can i define the thermophysical properties as polynomial function of temperature how can i solve the problem of phase change any advice helps me |

thank you dear
i have small diameter long tube the working fluid is freon now let me explain the phenomenon : the freon enters to the tube as a liquid freon and after some distance ,flashing phenomenon will takes place and vapor will form . in this way i have two phase fluid flow that is mean there is phase change takes place from liquid phase to mixture(liquid + vapor)phase . i want to simulate this phase change problem |
