SJSW is on a distinguished road
Hi~

I am trying to simulate two-phase flow using ANSYS14.
I found there are two model to simulate coalescence and breakup, and they are "Interfacial Area Concentration(IAC)" and "Population Balance Model(PBM)."
They could be applied on the secondary phase.
PBM could be activated by TUI command.
IAC is located at Define→Phase→Secondary phase.

It seems that they both could simulate coalescence(aggregation), breakup and nucleation phenomena.
However, I don't know the differences between them.
Could someone make them clear?

Thank you!
