Hello
I am doing a simple two phase 2d simulation. Actually I am interested to check the density variation at outlet. So from surface monitor, I selected: Report Type- Integral and Variable - Density but I am confused about unit that I am getting on the plot. Please check the attached file. What does that unit mean? |

Try with sum or avg instead of integral

Area-weighted average should be fine for this.

I second landerfwc - "area weighted average" arguably the best option.
When you select "integral" you're getting the INTEGRAL across the outlet's 'face'. This is why you get the units in (kg/m^3) * m^2. |
