Hello,
I am quiet new with Ansys Fluent and have a problem with it. I would like to simulate a mixing tank with two phases (water and gas). In the tank is a rotating impeller. I have tried a lot to simulate the tank but I can't get the expected results. So maybe you can help me? At the beginning of the simulation the tank is filled with water and gas (how to initialize this, I know). Then the mixing process starts. The impeller is rotating. How could I simulate this? The big aim is to get the contours of the phases, the velocity and the mixing profil during the mixing process. Until now I use the k-e-model. But which cell zone and boundary conditions do I need? And what is about the dynamic mesh? I hope someone can help me... |

Thank you for the reply. But I can't find the tutorial you mentioned. Do you maybe have the link and can post it here?
