Default how export in a CVS file some data obtain on the postprocessing options of fluent

I am running unsteady state and generate the data every certain time on 400 fluent files, but I need to store the data in an excel file, otherwise I have to open 400 files manually to read the output which is area. I need an excel with time and area!
Could anyone help me?
