Hi everyone,
I try to model movement of molten steel free surface. When I use surface tension value greater than ~0.04 N/m, velocity increases to very high and non-physical values and also velocity magnitude in the bulk decreases too much. it should be mentioned that when water surface tension is used, results are reasonable. do you have any advice for this case? |

You may want want to check the location of the reference pressure. Chose the point which is all the time occupied by the lighter phase.
