Hi everyone.
I need help in some questions: 1) Air is injected into the flow pipe Bingham plastic. What type of multiphase Fluent's model can adequate estimates (VOF or other) the volume (form and diameter) of formed air bubbles? Air is injected into the pipe through nozzle are placed inside the tube. Set values of Bingham plastic: u , p , τ0(Pa), ρ, η (Pa sec), model of flow - Herschel-Bulkley. The function is necessary to find is relation of bubble diameter (volumes of bubbles and frequency of their forming) between nozzle diameter, τ0, air pressure and it's mass flow rate: d.bubb = f(d.noz,τ0, p.air, m.air). 2) What type of multiphase Fluent's model can adequate estimates parameters of Bingham plastic which flow through the pipe where dispersed distributed air bubbles. Diameter of air bubbles is obtained from 1). Both problems don't need study of heat transfer effects. Can these problems be united in one model? Sorry for my poor english and doubling of themes, but I couldn't to find answers. P.S. I just starting to learning Fluent and some questions are simple for you, but they are very difficult for me. |
