Hello,
I'm food engineer and I want to simulate V-type powder mixer.
I mix some food powders such as sugar, cocoa, starch, carbonate and etc in this mixer. But I 'dont know how to do. I define these powders as fluid in the mixer and Fluent wants some extra descriptions like granular viscosity, granular bulk viscosity, frictional viscosity, and etc.

How can I determine these parameters in multiphase model?

Thanks,
