hane is on a distinguished road
I am working on a stirred bioreactor with an impeller equiped with six-blade disk turbine
the microorganism need oxygen to react with substrate

there is an orifice sparger at the bottom of the vessel
aeration is being done right under2 of the blades
i dont know how to simulate air bubble distribution in the reactor with fluent
do i have to find interfacial area per unit volume of sauter(bubble) ?or write a UDF code for it?
i dont have any idea about it

would you please help me
how did you simulate o2 bubbles distribution in reactor

i would be thankful of you if you guide me about it
PLEASE EMAIL ME
tanxs and regards
