value of Flow Courant Number in FLUENT

Default value of Flow Courant Number in FLUENT

Hi, I am working on two phase flow problem with mixture model, water and air as being two phases. I found very peculiar observation for flow courant number. solution is converge only for flow courant number less than 1.
Is it correct? I have read in fluent manual that Flow courant number must not be less than 10.
