How to set up the roughness of a river

Hello everyone,

Recently,I am simulating a plain river with a diversion structure for the hydraulics design,but I don't know how to set up the roughness of the river and the structure,so who can help me to solve this problem? It will be very helpful to me.

firstly need to select the wall shear boundary condition model, then can set the roughness value. Is it right?
