I usually use the program 'Flow-3d'.
and I want to draw more specific picture using the tecplot with Flow-3d output file. Flow-3d makes a data as "flsgrf.dat". so I imported "flsgrf.dat" data in tecplot. and I used the menu "Analyze" , "calculate variables". and calculated "velocity magnitude" and then set the Contour, iso-Surfaces. but Velocity magnitude didn't come out so I checked the Data sheet and figured out at the first time there's no data on U, V, W U, V, W were indicated as "0" Do you know why it happened? what can I do to come out value of the U, V, W? please help me Last edited by his124; April 4, 2011 at 03:10. |

Please check the slide of z (k), because the coordinate maybe the solid part, there is no velocity, you should raise the z higher |
