This my first time using flow 3d, I have read the manual than this my first confuse.

1. How to make the geometry of my problem?

Hi.
You have to make *.stl geometry file in CAD, such as SolidWorks, SolidEdge, etc. and import it to Flow to Model Setup\Meshing & Geometry or You can use simple CAD "drawer" that is implemented in Flow.
