AVL Fire Error CfdCFDwm.exe, error message

I got a problem to install AVL Fire v.2009.3 on my PC. An error message (CFDwm.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close) is appeared after running the Fire workflow Manger.) I was wondering if anybody has information to solve this problem.
