Hi all,
How to make a wind tunnel? i want to simulate a rotating blade.. please advise.. Thank you in advance for your help |

There are a couple of models available for a rotating blade. The GMO model can give you a very detailed solution, but may be slow, especially if you are modeling many revolutions. In that case, you can use the fan/impeller model which averages the effect of the blades over the volume they cover in space and applies an momentum source to the fluid rather than a boundary condition from a moving GMO. This is a very efficient model for modeling many revolutions of an impeller. The model can be refined by including the effects of blades.
