please introduce me an article that explain the governing equation for the particle that use in flow-3d, the explanation in help of flow-3d isn't sufficient!!!

did you try to look in the Technical Notes of FlowScience website?
I'm not sure if there is something about particle dynamics or not, but generally in that section you can find technical documents on some physical models of the software.
If there are, I guess they are in the older documents.
