Flow-3D Integration with Matlab Simulink

Hello,
Seeking advice on how to modify Flow-3D to dynamically read in angular velocities and linear accelerations from an external table I am trying to modify the QASDD.F90 Flow-3D file to output forces and torques at specified timesteps, use those forces and torques in a Simulink rigid body dynamics simulation, then the RBD simulation will output angular velocities and linear accelerations which would be read back into Flow-3D. I have successfully modified the QASDD.F90 file to output the forces and torques and Simulink reads and process them successfully. I am successfully adding a new line to the Flow-3D "move.inp" file at each timestep. My struggle in getting Flow-3D to continue reading the move.inp file. It reads in the initial conditions at t=0, t=1, t=2. It will not read further lines past t=2.
