I installed Flow3D and Flow3D-POST on this new hpc I borrowed. At first, only the POST app keeps crashing. It will load and then suddenly shuts off after popping up the GUI for a few seconds. Then now, the Flow3D app also did the same thing when I'm trying to go to model setup after inputting my prepin file. I'm not sure what is happening.
What are the troubleshooting methods I can do to fix this? I tried searching on the net for solutions but there's not much info except to contact Flow Science for support. They haven't replied yet. |

Are you sure you have the correct FLOW-3D license?
If you want to run it on a HPC/cluster you need to buy the according license. ALso, e.g. it's not (yet) possible to run every package on such HPCs, i.e. FLOW-3D AM is not supported yet. In my experience, the FLOW-3D support is really helpful though! |
